Pepsi Levies a Sin Tax on Its Workers

Its ironic that Pepsi is charging this tax. They are one of the major reasons for the obesity and diabetes problem.  

Workers can avoid the surcharge if they attend classes to learn how to break their nicotine addictions or lose weight.

i wonder what they teach in those classes.  if i was a pepsico employee and wanted to avoid the tax, the first step would be to avoid everything pepsi sells.  pepsi is probably more of a snack food company than a beverage company.  do they sell one thing worth eating or drinking?  possibly oatmeal.  and water.
