Mahi Mahi poboy

So we went deep sea fishing and took a few of our filets to a local restaurant on Dauphin Island who cooked them up for us  and it was the best poboy ive ever had.

On a side note the gf had a "half and half" which is shrimp and oyster combo and was quite tasty as well

I`m craving seafood after reading that.

That half and half sounds pretty amazing....

Mahi is a clean light tasting fish to me and the tartar sauce and fresh tomatos picked out of the owners garden topped the poboy off nicely. Delicious!

The "half and half" was surprisingly good to me as i dont normally eat fried oyster only raw.
