linguine carbonara- cook a meal for you fat wife

make dinner for your fat wife tonight, this meal has gotten me in a few panties in my day!

In large bowl put two eggs, salt, pepper, and a handful of good parmessan cheese. whisk that shit for 20 seconds.

Cut full package of bacon into small strips. Cook that shit and then turn it to low.

Cook a box of linguinne and strain.

Put linguinne into bowl of eggs etc., throw some more parm in and toss with two forks for 30 seconds. Pour off half bacon grease then dump the bacon with half the grease onto the pasta, mix with more parm and you are set amigos. sorry for the spelling

all kidding aside, i thought the same thing but the hot pasta/bacon/bacon grease does heat the egg and makes a perfect light/creamy sauce. best ling carb. ever here boys

It doesn't cook it....just heats it.  With the egg scare going around, I'd be a little wary, but if you have fresh, solid eggs, your chances of getting sick are super minimal.
