Is Potato sald fattening?

I love the stuff. I just plowed down a whole container of really good potato salad........I don't think I took a breath until I polished the whole think off.

Depends how you make it but most potato salad is virtually all mayo.  Bout as fattening as you can get.  Doesn't the container give the nutrition info.  Mustard potato salad is a little better.

Any of you guys that have "Publix" supermarkets, I'm eating "southern" potatoe (Dan Quayle) salad. Good shit. A little smoother than the traditional stuff, but damn good.

If I ever stop being consistently a little active at least all the time, I'll blow up like a blimp.....

I won't get away with my eating habits forever, that's for certain. Trying some type of nerve shots of something in my back according to a new doc yesterday. He didn't say cortisone immediately, so I assume it's some other chemical.....

They told me they will put me as close to being completely unconscience as possible without being out. Anyone ever had this done to their back? It sure sounds better than the knife.

Hope it enables me to start running again, otherwise it'll be Dennis El Blimpo soon.
