Unless you eat fish 3 times a day , you have nothing to worry about

i hate to see swordfish and tuna that high on the list.  those are my two favorites.

Unless pregnant, I wouldn't worry about it.

I'd worry about the fishes tho.......... some of them are not sustainable.

i'm not too worried about it.  it's just good information to know, particularly, as you said if your wife is pregnant or you have kids.  there's a lot of information out there about unsustainable fishing practices.  it's pretty disturbing..
