To my covers friends, I have been a member of covers for a few years. The gambling thing wasn't paying off for me, just costing me money. Anyway, I just published a book on Amazon titled "Fat Burning Simplified: An easy to follow 3 part system that enabled me to lose 30 pounds in 45 days" It is available in soft cover or can be downloaded to Kindle or IPad. I want to help those who struggle with their weight, and help them get healthy again. I would appreciate your help in spreading the word. Thanks guys and good luck with your future endeavors.
