BURG TIME

 

1 beef patty cooked to your liking

2 provalone sticks

cheddar jack cheese

bacon

barbecue sauce

pickles

cook the burg, light spread of bbq sauce,  when ready place cooked prove stick(2) on the burg. melt the cheddar jack cheese. cook bacon and set on top. add whatever condos you prefer, lettece tomatoes whatever.

ok so I just out did myslef added a chopped hot dog to the mix and it was fucking amazing!

I concur. Top off that bad boy with a fried egg, yolk in tact. Then press down with the bun and let that yolk ooze on down.

Anybody ever go ground sirloin for a burger? Good eats.

And mixing in an instant onion soup into the meat before cook is pretty damn good IMHO

You got fries with that? Or just chips after putting in all this hard work on your burger?

Nothing wrong with using good beef for a burger. Only adds to flavour country.
