Anyone like this stuff..
Black Bean, Extra Garlic and now Carmeized Onion Hummus is the bomb..
It's good with tortilla chips, pita bread, whole wheat bread, with fresh veggies ..

YEP..... all over this stuff. The Red band and see through container rocks. I like the lemon flavor.
There are 10 servings in that thing and I can kill the whole thing.
It's also a quick and easy way to make an appetizer. Get a cracker, cover it with hummus and then top it with something.

easy recipe for hummus
1 can 15 oz. garbanzo beans
1 T. tahini
1.T. roasted garlic
1. t. lemon juice
1. T. olive oil
salt and cayenne pepper
drain beans and and put all ingrediants in food processor and puree
for black bean hummus substitute 1 can 15 oz. of black beans drained for the garbanzo beans and 1 T. peanut butter for lemon juice
