I was at a dinner party for my wife's eurotrash friends and it was the main course. Apparently it has more protein and less fat than most meats and is a delicacy in alot of countries.

Who cares about the protein and stuff. There are certain things not meant to be eaten and horse meat is one of them.

The Lewis and Clark expedition ate many of their horses. They passed up plentiful supplies of salmon to dig into that red meat.
