KOAG you should also take a multivitamin that "The Vitamin Shoppe" makes called "The Ultimate Man."  It has fruit and veggie extracts in it as well as green tea extracts. . .  metabolism + high fiber =

I make myoplex lite shakes all the time,why do you say they are garbage?

agreed...was a long time ago. almost couldnt make the drive home from the gym. we have this stuff called Isolyze (sp?) now...much softer on the belly

Put them in the car, briefcase, office, cooler, golf bag, tackle box, foosball machine, wherever you be.
