Anyone try it? Heard lots of success stories from some friends around my area. From what I understand, 2 shakes a day...1 for breakfast and 1 for lunch. And a normal dinner along with snaking during the day. I'm guessing snacks include pretzels, granola bars, fruits/veggies and stuff like that.

I've done it for about 3 weeks now. Free weekly checkups where you casually go in and get weighed and they measure BMI and all that stuff and keep a record of how you're doing. Just ordered some more powder.

I'm currently on week 7.  So far, I've gone from 200 pounds to 180. I find the supplements are good substitutes for first two meals of day. But a lot of what I've accomplished I think has been to the way I'm exercising and just cutting out a lot of the crap I used to eat.

Another waste of money

Do it the right way, eat right and exercise.

Enough of these junk diets

Right on CKP, I'm on about week 4. Just ordered vanilla (had choc) I like putting frozen fruit and crushing up ice in with the vanilla. My trouble is the "snacks" they allow during the day. I'm able to eat 6 times a day which includes 500 cal for dinner. Finding healthy portion sized snacks can be tough. I've been eating plenty of fruits and veggies, but slip up with chex mix or the salty snacks.

KingRIII - I do eat fairly well, trying to cut out snacks, and i exercise 3-4 times a week at my gym and do plenty of yard work around the house
