Big seller here in Ohio. I don't drink it, but have many requests for it at the bar I work at.

It is said that boxed and screw top wines are actually a better way to preserve the wine (creates a better seal).  This is especially true if it takes you a couple of days to finish a bottle once it is opened (although this is rare).

we been getting some boxed wine lately as well.  key is to pour a glass and then let it sit for bout 5 - 10 minutes.  Once it is poured if you drink it immediately it will taste kind of acidic but let it sit for a bit and it smoothes out.   The same thing as letting a bottle breathe.
