Fat burning pills to lose my gut

Do you think this would help?  Any recommendations on which are good?

These things have never proven to work and are usually scams. Diet and exercise is the best way. I wouldn't waste money on any magic pills. 

if there was a magic pill that worked, why are there still fatties everywhere and a million different diet plans.

the best ones to work are the old school ephedra caffine mix but even with those(as well as with any other weight loss pill) you have to watch your diet and exercise or you wont get it done or it will take like a year

Once I got up to 3 pills a day I started having nosebleeds EVERYDAY!!!!  NO KIDDING!.  Everytime I would bend over in the shower (Ok....insert joke)...really....I would bend over to rinse the shampoo out and my nose would bleed.  I googled it and found that I wasnt the only one!!! 

 

My girlfriend and some others are taking Oxy Elite!!!  It worked on them but makes my heart race a bit too fast for me.
