Any of you guys eaten in his restaurants in Vegas or New Orleans?

His TV show format is a little strange for a cooking show but I love Cajun and Creole food and enjoy watching it occasionally.And I love New Orleans.

Had dinner at NOLA on my 33rd birthday..
 
The Salmon with Raspberry Sauce , and 3 Potato Mash and Garlic Spinach was terrific..

Whenever  I need a recipe, I'll google Emeril Lagasse (the dish).
 
He has an excellent lasagna recipe.  Google it and try it.
