Cornbread......new twist

I heard about this from a friend and tried it last nite, not bad and different.

Use your normal cornbread recipe and add 3tbls crushed pineapple and 3tbls shredded cheddar cheese.

Let me know what you think......

i got a good recipe for mexican cornbread...help me with the different part please sir...sweet?? or??

 I made some and liked it. The cheese was fine and pineapple works on anything from fish to ice cream. Try it, I think you'll like it. I use a packaged brand from the grocery, 1 egg and 1/2 cup milk and add the pineapple and cheese. Don't stir too much. Pre heat oven and pan to 400F then about 17min.
