Celery root french fries

Celery root also know as the ugliest vegetable taste great. I have tried them and tried them baked and as French fries.

It is a lovely alternative to potatoes. Low carb and low cal.

I had a potato/root celery mash today. Tasted great.

Mrs. Lake made meatloaf with celery root mashers. Pretty fuckin good.
