Bowflex Uppercut or Burn Machine Universal

Does anybody have either one of these or have used one?

Any good?

they're both a waste of money...

no fitness guru would ever recommend using one of those monstrosities.

fork over the money and get a gym membership...

Oh, ok.

Have belonged to a gym for a long time.

There was a time whern there was gym ettiquite.

Now morons are turning a lot of gym members into "garage gorillas".

Yeah I hear ya, just gotta find the right time to go. I tend to go late at night or really early in the morning. Otherwise you get screwed with morons clogging up the gym doing quarter and half squats and bull garbage accessory lifts..

A lot of fuc king meat heads that don't know how to lift or what to lift at the gym.
