Here's one to buy someone you don't like. It's called a Cement Mixer:

One shot of Baileys, and one shot of lime juice - both in seperate shot glasses.

Get the 'victim' to drink both shots at the same time. The Bailey's will instantly curdle with the lime juice, causing the person to spit it out and blow chunks of it all over the bar...

I think I have had something like that but it was called the "brain tumor"... becasue when it curdled it made a chunk that was like the size and feeling of what you would think a brain tumor would be like...

I think what you are referring to is a "brain hemorrhage". I learned to make this at my local bar a while back.  You also pour in a little grenadine and it looks like what appears to be a small brain oozing blood. Or maybe its a variation of what you had.

Here is a link. The way we made it takes a careful hand but you can get it to look like a mini brain with the grenadine floating around it. Looks crazy.

I know it simply as a 'brain'... It's easier to enjoy without hemorrhaging or tumors.


Another 'fart' that beats a gorilla fart is the duck fart.
