Bagel....

A bagel, with cream cheese, and a slice of salmon.  Great stuff

Toasted bagels are nice every now and then.

Lotta bad carbs in there tho.

You could have those mini bagels that are only 100 calories.  Ultimately, if you're burning more than you're consuming then you should be ok.  You got guys like Marvin Harrison that only eats Doritos and Lamar Odom that kills candies, and they're both superb athletes. 

Those guys work out a lot.

Bagels are flour. 

Yea, I know.  People shouldn't be having a bagel everyday, they should probably mix it up a little. 

Do you know what Oats are?

I thought I did, until you asked.  Sounds like a trick question, what are Oats?

Oats are a natural grain.

As Complex Carb as you can get.

The body needs carbs............

 

They cost like a dollar.............

Eating them is diff tho...........

I just pour milk over raw oats and eat it like cereal.

That maybe too hard core for most people though.

BUT......... throw a handful of frozen fruit in there.

If you do that in the morning............

You will be "Strong Like bull".........

Not kidding.

For sure I eat that exact same recipe if have a "big day"  ahead.

Do you eat bread?  That is made with flour.

Bagels with Lox and Cream Cheese ONCE in a while is ok

umgmu you're right..it's a Jewish thing. They call it lox. 

During the day but try ot to eat bread after dark.

I'm not 25 years old anymore and have to watch the diet to stay in shape.

That Salmon is money tho

Little salty but still money.
