Hard Cider left in the cold will freeze the water out.
anything below 0 f will work. simple put 5 gallons
of Hard Apple cider in a five gallon bucket
place out side overnight.
bring bucket in and drill down through the center of the ice
till liquid is reached. pour off the 156 proof Jack. about half gallon per five gallons. the remaining ice is apple juice and no mentionable alcohol content left.
