Thing is really rough. I did the fit test and i am hurting, it was like 10 minutes.

been trying to download some of the workouts on kickasstorrents. Will get one sooner or later, the ab one is available, but I downloaded it for 13 hours then it didnt work, lol. Probably because I shut off computer and restarted the download.

the whole set is out there. i got it at thepiratebay. i skimmed through all of the workouts and learned some new tricks. but basics of it is smoking yourself for half - hour of intense cardio.
