i got a pound of gator meat (i hope tail)

how should i prepare it?

i think i've only ever eaten fried gator tail, which i thought was pretty good

Throw it away.... it's nasty.... greasy and rubbery.

Have to fry it in order to get it down. I'd tenderize it first with a mallett as well.

I heard that they taste like Chicken... so that means you can BBQ them..

Un BBQable............ too chewy.

It tastes nothing like chicken. It tastes like a rubber band with hydraulic fluid on it.

If you pound the shit out of it with a mallett tenderizer and fry it....... Then it may taste like chicken, but nothing like chicken it's natural state.

Glad somebody is trying to eat gator. All of the stupid fuckin assholes that feed them in the wild force fish an game to euthanize an entire pack of gators because of that stupidity.

Oh but they weait until the the jerkoffs feed them and THEN issue a citation. Don´t get me started.
