I did not see a handball there and that one call potentially ended Iran's World Cup. Should a No Call been the correct call or was FIFA adamant that Iran advance?

Iran played the game faking injuries, wasting time and a total lack of respect for the game.....FCK THEM they should earn a penalty ....what a disgrace to the sport
