Incorrect. A ML bet means you win even if , it's by 1, no point spread to cover just a win. Therefore a tie means you don't win but you also don't lose so it , is a push.
That's why you have the Brazil- 1 line at a lower price at- 200 because a tie would mean a loss. A 1 point win would mean a push for you. They would need to,win, the game by 2 goals to win that bet.
I'm looking at same play Brazil ML I don't see them, losing so worse case is a tie and the bet is a push.

This is very misleading.
If you bet Brazil -1 and they win by exactly one goal, yes it's push. But if you bet Brazil ML (not pk'em, VERY different) and the mach is a draw, ML LOSES.

Ok this is my first time betting on soccer. In any other sport ML and pk is the same thing. A tie woukd be a push. This is very confusing to an incoming bettor the way the lines work in soccer. Why not just have a line at -.5 instead of ML? That makes much more mathematical sense.

I have the Same wager and you better believe it hits. If the teams draw I will LOSE my wager. I think Brazil wins even though Croatia have a pretty good squad.

Some do, but any time you see the draw as one of the three options, that's a "3 way" line and you must get a win when you pick a side. I think hockey lines are similar, when you wager for regulation only.

BK: hockey ML are not regulation only. There are no ties so you either win/lose, unlike soccer
I think for hockey some books do offer a 3way line where you can bet draw as an option. That might be for regular season only, as there are no draws/ties in the playoffs.

BK: there are no ties in hockey in the regular season or playoffs? In the regular season a hockey teams record represents
(Wins) - (Losses) - (Overtime losses)
Yes, I KNOW THAT...lol, but you CAN bet on a regulation line that has DRAW as an option. I know for a fact you can, but not sure if all books offer it.

I think the lesson to be learned here is that if you can't even figure out what you're betting on, you're probably better off not placing the bet at all.
