My site still has when eliminated bets for Ghana and US and both our +350 to be eliminated in 2nd round.  With the Portugal bad loss and 2 injuries and Pepe out next game, a split bet on each might be good a one.  Thoughts?   My only concern is that if one of them get thru, their 2nd round match is against the winner of Group E which is probably one of the weaker groups.  Plus no guarantee Portugal doesnt come back and get thru but will be tough for them unless they win both.   4-0 loss will hurt their goal differential in a tie
