I have a question about soccer lines... If I took chile -1 and they win by 1 is it a loss or a push?

That will depend on your book.
If this for 90mins of play and Chile scores a goal in extra play to be up by a goal, you lose the bet.  Chile must win by a goal in 90mins for a push and win by 2 goals for you to win the bet in 90mins of play
