Le'veon Bell.

Lately, Sproles is only valuable in PPR leagues. He isn't getting enough carries to put up the numbers in a standard league.

I say they will both wind up with the same numbers this week
Sproles is the safer pick but Bell has the upside vs Minny's run defense

I wouldn't take a chance with Bell. The Steelers run a committee kind of, and I don't think they'll give him a full load in his first game.

Minnesota's secondary is awful, so they should be throwing often. When they run out the clock it will be Dwyer's time.
