What WR or player will be this years Victor Cruz?

There are guys out there who could be sleepers such as Young (Det) or Morris (Wash)  but these guys will be drafted.  Who will be the guy who will be on waivers week 1 who can end up being a great pick up?

one guy I like to have a outside chance is Dexter McCluster (KC)

Lance Moore He is being drafted late in some drafts. I think Gresham has a monster year.

Didnt read the part about not being drafted.  That Harris kid for Dallas looks like he could make some plays, if he ever gets the chance.
