If it's a PPR, I would probably go with Sproles.
If it isn't, flip a coin. Tate will get the guaranteed touches, but is in a harder matchup. I think he gets a TD today.
Sproles shows up big in primetime games, especially at home, and the cowboys are one of the worst defenses vs running backs.
If you don't need a big day, just some solid points to win your matchup, go with Tate. Sproles has the potential to be a bust, but I doubt it vs. this defense.
