Need help week 4 RBs

I'm in a standard non-ppr 12 person league and need help on which RB to start. I have two slots to fill and here's what I'm working with. Thanks

i have ridley too, and every week i think he will bounce back he never does....

Ridley should finally have a bounce back game on the fast track in Atlanta. The other back I'd start is Bilal Powell, he's the only other RB you have who is getting consistent touches.

Green-Ellis is still the workhorse in Cincy and the Dolphins have one of the worst ground games in the league.
