Okay so here is my current roster.

My two quarterbacks were Jay Cutler and Sam Bradford. Bradford got injured, therefore am going quarterback by committee until Cutler comes back. This a 12 team league. Who should I trade and try to get? By the way, had Julio Jones as well, getting hit by the injury bug. Please help me with some ideas. This is my first year playing. Thanks.

QB: Carson Palmer - going with Palmer against the Falcons defense this weekend.
    RB: Eddie Lacy
    RB: Le'Veon Bell
    WR: Justin Blackmom
    WR: Larry Fitzgerald
    WR: Antonio Brown
    TE: Jason Witten
    D: Bengals
    K: Dan Bailey

    Bench: Harry Douglas
    Leonard Hankerson
    Rod Streater
    Lamar Miller
    Austin Pettis
    Jay Cutler
    Bills defense

seriously, you have carson palmer? you can't add another decent starting QB besides palmer? who are the remaining starters that are on waivers? maybe that might be the solution. sounds like you're in a deep league but based off your roster, i would only carry 1 defense and upgrade from Streater, Bills defense and Pettis.

If you're willing to give up Blackmon or Fitzgerald for another starting QB, that would make sense because you now have Harry Douglas as the new #1 WR (for now) for the Falcons and a solid #2 at best when Roddy White comes back.

NeverMind - First year playing. Carson Palmer was projected the most this week based on waivers. I have offered Fitzgerald for Stafford or Rivers, no response. I have also tried getting Romo and Luck to no avail as of yet. Available quarterbacks on waivers are: Geno Smith, Rothlisberger, Tannehill, Henne, Glennon, Ponder, Lewis, and Campbell. I don't know what else to do.

I think Palmer is a good option for this week, but I would go and snag Big Ben. Pitt was terrible to start the season, but they seem to be getting on track. I would grab Big Ben. He will do well this week vs Oak.

See who has two QBs and trade a wr to get them.

I agree with the above reply, toss your second d, pettis and streater, they are not worth a roster spot.

That is true frozen tundra. Thanks for the reply. I just picked the Bills up for last week because I didn't like the Bengals against the Lions from a defensive stand point. I have tried to trade Fitz or whoever for Romo, Stafford, Rivers, Luck, etc. Nothing as of yet.

One guy has Manning and Brady.
    Another has Stafford and Rivers.
    Another has Newton and Luck.

Trades are still pending, just no word if accepted or declined as of yet. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

What is your record? I would maybe look at Geno Smith as well. Bengals are missing their top corner and geno does have the ability to run. Some people may say hes due for a down week from the pattern thus far but i think he will have himself a decent game.

Someone offered me Russell Wilson for Larry Fitzgerald. What do you guys think?

Blackmon seems more like a fair trade as Fitzgerald was originally a 2nd-3rd round pick and I believe Blackmon and Russell were projected in most mock drafts as a 4th-6th round pick. I would drop Bills defense and pick up Big Ben and ride that pick up for a week. Unless you have KC, SF or Seattle's defense, I would not hold onto 2 defenses/(kickers).

Immediately drop Streater, Pettis and Bills defense, for now even if you should pick up Geno Smith, Big Ben to upgrade your depth.

I wouldnt do it for Wilson. I would pair up a Blackmon and Miller for Luck. I dont know what your waiver looks like and I know it hurts depth but Luck could win u the league. And then add a Donald Brown type as he seems to be trnding up and TRich down

I have an offer on the table:

    Rivers for Blackmon and Miller.

I also picked up Amendola today since I saw he is playing on Sunday. So, my receivers would be if the trade went through: Brown, Fitzgerald, Douglas, and Amendola.

Should I make this trade fellas?

I haven't heard a response yet on Luck.

He cancelled the Rivers for Blackmon and Miller offer. Here is the CURRENT deal:

I get: Rivers, DeAndre Hopkins, and Darren McFadden

He gets: Le'Veon Bell and Antonio Brown.

    This is my current team:

    Carson Palmer
    Eddie Lacy
    Le'Veon Bell
    Antonio Brown
    Larry Fitzgerald
    Harry Douglas
    Jason Witten
    Bengals defense
    Dan Bailey

    Justin Blackmon
    Lamar Miller
Austin Pettis - will drop soon
    Jay Cutler
    Bills defense will drop soon
    Donald Brown
    Danny Amendola

    His team:

    Stafford
    McFadden
    Hillis
    Calvin Johnson
    Riley Cooper
    Lafell
    Greg Olsen
    Saints defense
    Phil Dawson

    Steven Jackson
    Torrey Smith
    Ravens defense
    Jacquizz Rodgers
    Phillip Rivers
    DeAndre Hopkins
    Doug Martin

Should I accept, decline, or counter? I have offered Fitzgerald and Blackmon recently. He wants Antonio Brown for sure.

    My record is 4-3

He is on the side of the division and is 6-1.

    12 team league. Thoughts please.

For the current deal, you are essentially getting Rivers and McFadden for Bell and Brown, which I think is a good deal. Hopkins and Pettis are virtually identical but Hopkins with a bit more upside.

Rivers is definitely better than Palmer and it immediately upgrades your QB position.

McFadden, if you look closely, he averages almost 10 pts per game when he actually plays a full game. Oakland had a bye week to recover, so he should be healthier when they play this weekend.

I never liked the idea of having a starting RB/WR together especially if they aren't a Calvin Johnson/Reggie Bush like tandem. Good pick up on Amendola so that gives you more flexibility.

Your "new" team should look solid after that trade. Any of those WRs can easily have over 100 yard games.

    Rivers
    Lacy
    McFadden
    Fitzgerald
    Douglas
    Blackmon
    Amendola

    Good luck!
