I am defineately down for a fantasy league if you are going to do one. The only thing that sucks about a keeper fantasy league is you pretty much need a core of dedicated owners that will be back each and every year. Otherwise it is so easy to just give up and decide not to joint the next year then you have to find someone to take over a dead team which is probably pretty bad (hence the reason the owner was quiting to begin with). I have been there and done that many times over. But the keeper league adds another set of complexities to the draft. For example, I am certain the first overall pick (we can keep 2 players) will be the running back from Fresno State who now is taking LTs job.
Its going to be tough when it comes to the football league. I have guys messaging me already for it. Not only the older guys but new guys. I REALLY only want to run 1 league. So my choices will be either do a 12 man league and leave guys out. Do a 20 team MONSTER league with huge prizes. Or multiple leagues which i dont like. I hate rooting for and against the same players every week

Here is how i would run a keeper league. Up front you have to pay for not only the year coming up but half if not all off the folling year. That just gets it started. Then every year after that at the beginning of the season you will be paying for the following season so you have no choice but to play. You know what i mean?

Good idea. I think that would work because clearly if you are always paying a year in advance you would be less inclined to quit because you already paid. Also, if the person does refuse then you have a year notice. Not a bad idea.

I would say 16 max for two reasons. (1) You really need even teams and (2) there are only 32 NFL teams and if you have 20 teams some teams will have backups for some positions for bye weeks and some will not (i.e. QB position for example).
