For a newbie, I think you did really well. You got RBs, you got studs, you got upside/prospects. Would help to know your defense. As always, health is a big issue and you've got some guys on your team who have been hurt or are susceptible to getting hurt. 8 man leagues are difficult to grade as most teams appear to be stacked. I think you have a playoff team. You have an unbelievable core 4. Additionally, RG3 and Garcon, when healthy are a match made in fantasy heaven.

looks good to me~ QB might be an issue with RG3 potentially a sophmore slump. 8 team drafts are always hard to judge just cause there's so many available players. TE might need a little help. Otherwise not bad
