Hate to say this but I'd go with Dez, Dallas has no Defense and will be throwing the ball a lot.
Green is on the better team with a QB that was top 5 or 6 in fantasy last year but they play the browns twice and Green will get nothing vs Hayden. Last year Green had 9 catches for 58 yards vs Browns which if you're lucky enough its a PPR league Green got you 9.5 points...Total.
And to make this choice even easier for you the Bengals play the Browns this year in week 15, Dez it is

If both are on the board it is a tough call, they are both premium players. I feel as if AJ Green is the better call here, but would be happy with Dez. AJ does seem to get more targets, but this year, and with the theory that Dallas will be behind and forced to air it out to overcome leads, it may just be a slight edge to Dez. In fantasy, garbage time stats add up.

I'd go with Dez. He's a red zone monster and finds ways to get TD's. Also, he's in a division where defense is suspect plus the Boys will probably be airing it out. Cincy has a stout D and a good run game so maybe AJ will have less targets. Both great players though.

Dez for me. The AFC North should be a much improved division this year. Even lowly Cleveland has a scary D. I like Dallas playing in the dome half their games, and dare I say....I like Romo over Dalton
