Baseball Draft Problem/Issue

The commissioner of the league didn't format the draft right and somehow someway the second round wasn't in a true snake format but the rest of the draft was. 

I drafted last in the first round(10th overall) and last in the second round(20th overall) and then first in the third round and the rest went according to a true snake draft. 

I alerted him of this today and he acknowledged it was his mistake(I'm still not sure how the ESPN even allowed him to do this). 

I'm curious if this has ever happened to anyone else and what, if anything, was done about it. 

I'm not really upset about it because the league isn't for much money at all. However, I am a competitive person and do believe in playing fantasy leagues to win them to the best of my ability. Obviously having the last pick screws me the most even though it negatively affected the whole back half of the draft. 

I definitely wouldn't have picked Pedroia after having picked Cano in the first round. Guys like Votto, Verlander, Kershaw, Longoria, and Hanley would have all been available to me. 

Any suggestions on what to do or just let it go?
