When do they update columns?

I am wondering when they typically update these article such as the TV guide betting column and wise guy spot bets column, they still have up Articles from fen 16th...? I find the info on this site valuable when I happen to catch it on the right day so of there is any rhyme or reason to when they post columns like these it would be greatly appreciated
