This happening ALL too often

I've refreshed the page a dozen times. I've tried a different browser. I've tried deleting the cache in my browser. I keep getting this message for certain bet selections. I refrained from reporting it up to this point because I just kept refreshing and trying, and it finally worked. This time, it didn't (before the game started). This can go on for over 5 minutes.

Can you please look into this and fix this? Thanks 

It's definitely an issue on your end. Fix it please.

Our system is set up so that picks will expire after 15 minutes of being stagnant on the page.

If you are seeing this message it usually means you have to remove the pick and re-select it due to a line change.

Thank you for replying, I'm well aware of this. This was not the case, as the pick was not even allowed to go into the pending status.

I just tried & only been on the NCAA BB page for 1 min..not 15
