Cannot make a pick on streak survivor

I can access the site,but when I try to make a selection or view my past picks,it says "Server error.500." Also,my pick last night of Cubs-123 vs the Mets was voided,although the Cubs won.The selection went through,so it must have been voided during or after the game. Why is it not being counted as a win? This has been happening since Wed morning,so I skipped a pick on Thurs,but made my Cubs pick on my IPhone yesterday. I am aware your IP dept is trying to fix this problem,but  it has been over 48 hours.Thank you.

Although inconvenient,i  can use my mobile device,although I still have not been credited for the Chi Cubs win on March 31. Regards,CollectNOW
