How long should you get the prize if you win in the contest

I haven't hear anything form Covers after I won in the Monthly and Regular Season contest

 Still locked into prospect rank after 424 posts or comments? Covers should say how many posts or comments leads to each ranking. 0-1000 or whatever it is for prospect and so on. Obvious  though that the ranking is secondary to Covers contests and hopefully winning Covers contests and prizes etc.

 Thanks! I won number 4th place on play off NCAA, but so far I have not received my price.  Also, my acc does not have email here.

 They notify you by email. If you don't have an email associated with your account, you need to add it.

I do have my personal email associated with this acc.  But email for this acc they took it out bc I didn't read it, I guess.

 I mean a personal email account. Mine is yahoo.com. They can't remove an email from that. I have never checked the email here on Covers for a notification. I guess I should do that if I win again.
