I'll take UCLA +21.5 might buy a half point. Looking at past matchups and UCLA can play well in spots. Oregon hasn't beat UCLA by 20 + points any of the recent matchups, that tells me UCLA plays Oregon pretty well.

Can a #1 team lose 3 weeks in a row? That should be motivation enough for the Ducks. I think they win this one handily. The week of rest ought to help the Ducks a bit.

Love the Ducks in this spot. UCLA is pretty one dimensional at this point offensively, and Oregon's rush defense averages giving up 126 yards a game. Everybody knows what Oregon's offense can do, and UCLA's defense has been porous at times. Oregon has a huge advantage in the coaching matchup, and Autzen Stadium for a night game has to be a huge advantage for the Ducks. Finally, I just read that UCLA's kick returner, Josh Smith, who was averaging over 25 yards a return on kickoffs, has been suspended. With Oregon scoring so often, not having Smith could mean lousy field position for UCLA all night.

With QB injury issues & suspended players, UCLA sre dead Ducks (pun intended)
The suspensions are the latest setbacks in a series of disciplinary problems for the Bruins over the past two years. UCLA has suspended receiver Josh Smith and F-back Morrell Presley for the Bruins' Oct. 21 game at Oregon for violating team rules. It's going to be rough for UCLA without those two guys.
The Bruins also don't know who their starting quarterback will be. Neuheisel said Sunday that Kevin Prince "should be" the Bruins starting quarterback. But... Prince must still prove he is physically ready to take the field Thursday. It will come down to how Prince's sore right knee holds up over the remaining three days of practices. If he comes out of that, he'll be under center Thursday. If not, backup Richard Brehaut will get the nod. He was quoted saying "We want a healthy quarterback, just like any other position you have to be healthy to play the position and he's still a little hobbled," Neuheisel said. "So we'll have to see how he does as the week goes on."
UCLA lost 35-7 at California last weekend.
Rested off a bye week? Oregon Covers Easily with UCLA being banged up with QB issues.

hmmm.. just saw the suspensions and whatnot.. might change my bet to Oregon.. maybe at the half??.. although, I kinda like the under.. not sure if UCLA can hold up their end of the points.. I think the Ducks score about 40..
