Michigan set a school record for points allowed in a season last year!! You don't fix that in one off season.......Western Michigan is a good little football team but they aren't Nevada on offense!! Nevada was a top 10 offense last year with all the important ingredients returning......WAC conference player of the year year at QB........Leading runner in the conference at tailback.....a backup RB that ran for over 1,000 yards.........Michigan won't be able to muster much against that ND defense...........and incase nobody was paying attention...........Clausen in the last two games played has completed 82% of his passes for 716 and 9 TD's without a pick!!!!
This is the game to pound this week boys and girls. Charlie looks smug and snotty again, because he has know all offseason that this team is the best he has had and he is going to enjoy being on the good side of most the games this year.
Irish haters be ware........don't go against them this year blindly out of spite like the last couple years.......hate them all you want.....just don't bet against them this year........or you'll have a whole new sense of hate for them as you loose money and they keep performing above expectations!!!! (albiet, for a change)

Bro you know I love you like a brother and respect your Irish but I'm leaning on Michigan in this one. 
If Michigan was not playing this one at home I would probably hammer it on your Irish. I just feel that with another year under their belt learning the spread offense I see a much improved Michigan team.
This is a big game for both teams early in the season and I just feel safer with Michigan playing this one at home.
