I'm really liking Clemson here, they need to make some ground especially since they lost to Alabama.  Clemson's mentality should be blowing out NC State.

It should be, but as a season ticket holder, we just gave up 400 yards to the citadel bulldogs...........not exactly a powerhouse. I can tell you this.....stay away from this game. There are much better on the board to choose from. My Tigers will either win by 30 or on a last second field goal, as good as we are supposed to be.........I am not feeling it this week and thats after attending the first 2 games.

really hard to pull for either south carolina team... clemsux may lose this one... dont bet tigers unless you are a moron... they may cover but i see ncstate scoring at least 17, probly more like 24... over is the play here

you are a SC Gamecock.  You can't be objective.   you people hate clemson and they hate you.

in my opinion, the nc caliber pre-alabama team will show up and put on an unrelenting beat down on nc state.  if this game were on a neutral field or at raleigh, then maybe a different story.  granted, clemson's home record as a favorite over the last few years is like 15-21 ats.  however, i believe they tcb saturday.  this is clemson's first step back from a cred standpoint.  if they win big, they will be a top 25 ranked team again.  clemson can still get to the bcs game as a acc champ.  with the acc the way it is, they know that they still have a lot to fight for.  the road back starts saturday.

i believe clemson will cover...

NC State vs. Clemson -18.5 (2 units) - just a hunch play basically as the only vivid memory of these teams is from the first week of action.  NC State got blanked by South Carolina and Clemson lost an embarrassing one against Alabama.  NC State has zero offense and a very lazy defense, and I see the Tigers taking out some frustration in Death Valley.  They put up 45 last week against The Citadel but they want to prove to the ACC and the nation that they are back.  NC State actually beat someone last week... it was William & Mary who were able to score 24 points.  Good luck Wolfpack fans.

kind of have a gut feeling Clemson is a good play here... seems like the game is flying under the radar... and after opening the season over-valued, they are now probably under-valued...

I really like the Clemson Tigers here at -20.  Going with what people pretty much said above, they need to make a statement, NEED TO. a poor showing against bama really ruined them after everyone was talking national title contender for these tigers.  I will wait and see what the gameday boys have to say about any last minute injuries, but i will probably pull the trigger here at -20.  NC State is bad, just bad.  Over may be a solid play as well as my book has it listed at 44.5. 

2-1 the last 2 days, looking to come out big today.  GOOD LUCK everyone!

Like Clemson here, although you can never be totally comfortable giving this many points.  Reasons for laying the points:
 
1.  Clemson better athletically
2.  Clemson at home
3.  Clemson motivated after opening game embarrassment
4.  Clemson will want to beat NC ST worse than South Carolina did (34-0)   Tigers should win big.  One unit play.
