Ole Miss could easily be 4-0 but has suffered a pair of disheartening losses. The Rebels outgained then-No. 20 Wake Forest on the road Sept. 6, but lost 30-28 on a last-second field goal. After beating Samford the next week, Ole Miss hosted Vanderbilt in its SEC opener last Saturday and outgained the Commodores 385-202. Jevan Snead, though, threw four interceptions and the Rebels lost two fumbles in a 23-17 defeat.

I think it's crazy not to expect Florida to win this game at home, but I also think this game's going to be a reminder to them that they can't just roll through the season, particularly the SEC, unchallenged.

Sometimes these lines get blown out of proportion when a highly ranked team is dominating inferior competition, (I'm in the camp that Tennessee falls into that category by the way)  but the reality, as we learned last night with USC, is that some of these conference games can be tough for anyone.  Particularly in the SEC.

Also, don't forget that with the new rules in place concerning the game clock, the average number of possessions per half has fallen from what?  7 to 5 or something like that?

While I do expect Florida to win this game, I think Ole Miss will be the first team this season to put some points of their own on the board against that defense, based on history, and their performance this in the yardage and scoring categories this season and this game should be closer than 22 and 1/2 points.

IMHO Florida's special teams play will be a factor in this one. If Ole Miss cannot shut down Florida's special teams from getting good field position Tebow & co. will capitalize on the good field position. If I'm not mistaken Florida's special teams has scored a td in every game thus far.

I feel after the USC loss the top 10 teams this week will come into this weekend looking for blood to be #1

But that's just my opinion....

Irish  for some reason this is one team Florida has trouble covering spreads against.Fla 0-4 ATS last 4.. (0-3 last 3) at home ATS.
Probably because the ole miss game is usually sandwiched between 2 upper echelon sec teams . Plus I'm getting tired of Florida.LOL

i can't say this is one of my favorite plays or anything... but all week long every time i think about this game it comes up blowout... big blowout... like 45-10 blowout!

There is blood in the water in the BCS top ten and the sharks are going to be swimming today.  Several teams have a chance to stake a claim at the number 1 or 2 slot with big wins today and FLA is poised to make such a jump should they come out and dominate Ole Miss.  I think Florida will be looking to truly embarrass Ole Miss today and will run up the score, not that it would be out of character for them.  The UFL defense has been lock-down and I can't see Ole Miss scoring more than 14.  Even that would be surprising.  This could be 34-7 or so by halftime.
