The Homer in me REALLY wants to take Notre Dame, believing the "team of destiny" crappola. Then I remember how bad they looked against Pitt. Seems like a 9 pt spread is pretty "fair" (i.e 50/50 $$$). Also wanted to go Under, but 40 pts seems too low to me. I put the total around 45-48 based on their average scores & adjust down some for the strength of both defenses vs. the league avg. Looking at the money flows seems to show the total to be undershot a few points & maybe 42 would be more fair. -330 ML on 'Bama is tempting but that represents a no vig ~75% win chance, which seems a little high to me. Not sure if I'm putting any money down, maybe just a little on the Bama ML just to keep it interesting.
