You might want to take a look at Northern Illinois. Akron is on their 3rd straight road game. After UNI's two road games back to back they are happy to be home. I think they really put it on Akron.

Michigan -8 almost seems like a gift to me...How bad can Illinois possibly be. Their only win is against Illinois State, are you kidding me. This program is going no where with Zook. I think Michigan really hands it to them, for their first road win. Probably going to lock this one in shortly...would love to have 6.5 for this one

was thinking about Michigan myself but Illini had some halfway respectable road showings against MichSt and Purdue so they might overachieve a little at home...6.5 would be a play, don't feel confident enough in 8-9

Thought about Huskies too but was on them against Miami (OH) this week and saw teh 2nd half of hat lousy game and I'm not confident to put money on them after that IF Harnish can't play. I'd want confirmation that he's gonna play to consider it...I would not touch them without him...yes, they were THAT bad against a weaker (is there anything worse than Miami, OH?) opponent

Northern Illinois really just allowed Miami Ohio to score late in the game. I'm pretty sure they were up 17-7 at half time or something like that. Miami Ohio is starting to make strides a little bit, plus they play hard don't quit yada yada. I think with this just being Akron's 3rd straight road test. Miami Ohio really put up a garbage touchdown at the end of the 4th quarter to make that game look closer then it was. Northern Illinois was on the road for there second straight. I'm thinking we have a 31-17 type game here.
Air Force caught my eye right away, I hadn't really got into the game yet, but I will probably Monday or Tuesday.
Illinois played Michigan State at home and lost by 10, they still lost by 10 to Purdue as well on the road. At home they are 1-2 with only win, and only win of the season against Illinois State. I think they really struggle to stop Michigan, just my thoughts. Different kind of offense then the likes of a Michigan State. I'm probably going to play this one. Boston College shouldn't have much of a problem with Central Michigan. Although I hate betting against that team because once again they are the class of the MAC, and have won and played a lot of teams tough. Again this is a bad spot for CMU, 3rd straight road game...coming off to convincing road wins, when really Bowling Green killed themselves last week. The win over MSU was a fluke even though I did call that, you can go check Megalocks thread for that one. They really got dominated MSU let up big time. Bad spot for the Chipps.

UCLA is really falling apart. I thought this team would be much better then they actually are. They played well to start the season but its been getting progressively worse each week...
Georgia +16 looking for 17
Just not impressed with Florida yet. I keep wondering when that offense is going to get going, and it never happens. I guess losing Harvin was a bigger loss than anticipated. They are banged up on the defense probably going to wait on a few injuries for this game...I'd really like to get 17, but if this line ends up dropping I might still jump. I think Georgia plays them tough here.
Missouri -3.5
This has potential to being my pow...and heres a couple reasons why. I know Missouri got really pounded by Texas, but what better than to rebound against one of the worst secondaries I have ever seen. They made Aaron Opelt look like Peyton Manning. I'm really going to check on some injury status, plus is Hawkins son, who is one of the worst QB's in College still starting, I know he got benched. Don't know if he went back to him yet. Colorado is so Jekyl and Hyde though and have moosed me so many times already I don't know if I can play this as a pow. Would love to because I think this is going to be a nice blow out. Again really want to see some injury reports and a few other things before.

Thoughts for this game...Rutgers fucking sucks...If Uconn can score 17 they will cover.
Oregon +3.5
Has there been a better team since Week 1. They keep flying under the radar in my opinion, and just keep on winning. But when I start to think about it, who have they really beaten. I guess Purdue looks like a much better win, even though I still don't think they were playing very good yet. They destroyed Washington Saturday. They beat Utah who is down, but still a solid football team. I just keep thinking can USC do it again. Go into a very hostile environment and win their 3rd really big road test. I hardly call Cal a road test they ran over them. I really have a feeling the Trojans go down here, but betting against them is possibly the dumbest thing to do. Although the last two weeks I have bet 20 U against them, cost me 5, but won 15. I don't know if I can do it, but this honestly is another game I have been seriously considering as the POW.
San Diego State -17, I took them down as a lean but now I put them back up. I think they beat the ever living shit out of New Mexico...I'm thinking a 40-17 type game here. I dunno why I just think they do. I'm going to look at this game more in the coming days.

Nebraska had 8 turnovers including 3 or 4 inside Iowa State's 20 yard line. Nebraska pretty much dominated the game but gave it away with turnovers. Iowa State played their back up quarterback, he wasn't bad but they didn't do much on offense. I'm guessing the starting quarterback will come back this week. Iowa State has had some competitive games and I think their new coach is pretty solid. On the other side Texas A.M. is pretty Jekyll and Hyde. They got whipped by Kansas State and then come back and beat Texas Tech who was playing pretty good ball. Did see Tech had quite a few turnovers. Just wanted to let you know the Iowa State score and win this week was a little deceiving.
