My Takes On Week 2

I have learned my lesson on Ga Tech. They are on my shit list. They throw me under the bus every time I bet on them or against them. They are now like UAB, and have a lifetime ban from my card.

I was guilty of drinking the Seminole KoolAid, and thinking that FSU may have a legit shot at competing with the Sooners.  Shame on me.  Can someone see if Mickey Andrews wants his job back?

Did everyone hear the good news? The hurricane warning issued for Columbus has expired. The hurricane, which had built up steam as it left Miami, flickered out to be nothing more than a baby poot by the  time it reached the Shoe.

Houston Nutt said he made a coaching mistake in the Rebels home opening loss to Jacksonville State by calling the dogs off too early. It was apparent that he learned his lesson in the Rebels latest showing by shellacking Tulane 27 - 13. Ole Miss went into halftime with a 24 - 3 lead, and kept the pedal to the metal in the second half by mustering up another field goal.

There are not many great matchups in week 3, at least none that will have me glued to the television, so will probably take the wife and head to Tunica for a weekend of Jack N Coke and 3 card poker.

Good stuff.  I got beat on that Ole Miss play too.  Did you notice that SD team that beat KU in Week 1 beat Minny this week?  I did not like that GT line at all, and wished I would've pulled the trigger but did not.  Overall I had a good week with some nice plays on Idaho, EMU, and SDSU, that were under the radar.  Bama was hard not to pass up.  I also played The U and FSU ML hoping to get at least 1.  Hurt my weekend.

Any thougts on AU/Clemson?  Leaning dog myself, but Clemson can really underachieve at any point.  I also like the Bulldogs catching 8.5 in Baton Rouge.

Yeah, that LSU line caught me a little off guard. I was expecting LSU - 4 or 5, but 8 is too many if States recievers can catch a couple this weekend.

Hindu  -  I struck a nerve huh?  well to answer your question, Lets just say that  Bama gets fortunate and runs the table and that Boise is lucky enough, or unlucky enough to face Bama in the Championship game, then I would take every nickel I have, and bet against your Broncos.   and I would reccomend you doing the same thing.

I will tell you who I would like to see Boise play,    Houston, I think that would be a great game.

Yeah I'm a big time Bronco fan! If a big if Boise gets a shot at Bama it would depend on the pt spread on who to bet. I have bet against Boise on some big game like both Fiestas and against Oregon an Vt. Lost all of them. Bama would beat Boise probably, but I dont think it would be a blow out. Houston would be a fantastic game, maybe if Houston joins the MTN West we would see the match up.

Anything under 21 points would pretty much be a lock for Bama.
