Mad? Why would I be mad... I went 11-5 and won over 30 units...I'm far from mad.
UGA/SC should be a good game. Too close to call in my opinion.

Just a thought. Don't take the first week of play to seriously. Teams can change dramatically from week to week.
These are young stupid teenagers playing at a super high level and they need a game to get it figured out. Bright Lights, Big City. These coaches don't recruit maturity. For the most part it doesn't exist in the world. Maturity, what is it?
There are some teams that weren't good to start with and won't improve so much but several have good coaching staffs that will at least teach to make less mistakes.
The last game of the year for these young people will still be mistakes. They'll still be human.

Great writeup, Boom. Just back from Atlanta, very happy with what I saw from my Hokie defense. And our young offensive line actually did a pretty decent job. And some key freshmen played big roles. But Thomas struggled (though he wasn't as awful as his numbers, our pathetic receiving corps dropped so many balls I stopped counting).
Agree with most of what you wrote. Things do not look real promising in Morgantown or Southern Cal right now.
Congrats to Clemson! I blew it playing the under in that game, I really didn't think the game would be that high scoring with an SEC defense involved...that Clemson offense is really something.

See this is exactly what I told all of you would happen after the game. UGA is a joke this year, their defense is nowhere near SEC Caliber. The game should have never been as close as it was.

lol at UGA being considered an SEC defense. Their staff is an utter embarrassment
