Thinking seriously about playing Florida Atlantic as well.  I made a small play on Youngstown State last week, and it cashed pretty easily.  Sparty just doesn't have the playmakers to cover these kind of spreads.

Having said that, Sparty's D looked pretty good.  But if Florida Atlantic can manage to find the end zone one time, they'll porbably cover the number.

Good luck this week. Here's to BIG money picks in the future.

I was wondering if you like TCU or Notre Dame this week.  It seems that there is value in playing them this week. Before the loses, you would be laying a touchdown with each. Patterson and Kelly's track record would suggest a bounce back this week.

feel the same as you about Baylor-TCU and the same for UGA needing a switch (although I like Mark Richt). Agree Oregon smokes Nevada, not sure I want to sweat the points if Barner and James are gimpy.

...only got to the Ucla part so expect some more to come from me

Fucking Hawaii line is now +7 at 5Dimes...I bought a terrible, terrible line...trying to think how to strategically walk away from this one and I can't come up with much.

yeah, I knew that was a line wasn't set correctly when it opened, knowing that it would only rise up, I figured 5-6 is what it would get to, surprised it is 6.5 and 7 now, I'm still thinking of a middle on that game if I decide to bite, still not sure

  • Oregon - 22.5  big at under 24, small under 28, Ducks by 35
  • Utah + 10.5 value line, wouldn't recommend, may middle
  • Washington - 2.5 hook value line, wouldn't recommend, may middle
  • South Carolina - 2.5 hook would bet at 3 or less for a good sized play, under 6 for smaller, would hammer at PK, Gawga is a complete fraud, have fun backing them this week and get your gun loaded
  • Arkansas - 35 bet up to 38, they win by 60, Petrino is not nice
  • Florida Atl + 32.5 bet over 31 points here, Dame on deck for Sparty
  • Tulsa - 14 bet up to 16.5, should be a good play even with Okie State on deck, Tulane doesn't enjoy covering when I fade them
  • BYU + 7.5 hook , bet at 7 or more or buy the safety hook
  • Fresno St. + 28 would play at 25.5 or more, gonna give them another chance this week to get me some money

I had the Air Force game pegged this summer as a possible fade of TCU but I was expecting a line more around 7 at that time, losing to Baylor killed this line, it is a true toss up in my opinion

Virginia might be one of my plays this week.  Everything I read said they looked surprisingly good.  Any thoughts?

That was a solid win and statistically it looked pretty damn good on paper.  Sounded pretty dominant too from the 3-4 articles I read.  One team who is not dominant, is the team that is getting their ass chewed all week.
I'm looking more into this one, because I can't see why they don't win

Tulsa is one of my favorite plays of the week.  Thought that line would be closer to 21.  Tulsa should blow them out!!!

agreed that looks like way too many...

just remember.....(I've faded the fat man about 10X in this spot) ...Schnellenberger will pull starters if getting beat up....saving for conference play......1-14-1 ATS as dog in true road non-conf games....> but push was vs Spartans in 2008..and a cover LY at a neutral site...the 1 cover (and upset) at UAB LY...
    *those 14 losses missed covering....by an AVERAGE of 14 points!....pleaser anybody?
