Talk to me about WM. Been leaning them all week, but havent been able to pull the trigger. Carder being out still bothers me, but they've been competitive w/o him. Has CM called it a year? Yeah they beat Akron, but they still look like crap. Supposed to be 41 with a wind chill around freezing and 15 mph winds. 61 too many points for this game? Should get a decent effort from both on defense.....

Great points you've made and, in fact, the weather is one of the main reasons I like Western this weekend. Without a strong passing game, CMU won't win. The oddsmakers have capped this game within a fg based on Carder not playing in a big rivalry on the road. I'm usually not a big fan of taking a team at -2.5 or 6.5  but I like Western to pound the ball with Chance against a CMU rushing defense who cant stop anyone. Western's 3-5-3 defense will shut down the run and be good against the short passing plays. The only way CMU has a shot is if Radcliff is able to spread the field and throw vertical and according to the weather forecast, I don't think that will happen.
