I use a simple formula:

The FCS Massey ranking of team A has to be around 65 or less higher than the FBS ranking of team B with their sp+ ranking 

Anything under 2 TDS is a (2u) buy & anything under -17 is a 1.5 u buy.

Idaho St at Utah State (-11.5) 2u (This one is at 67 differential but Idaho St was awful in the 1st half)

Citadel at Charlotte (-17.5) (-115) 2u Included this one given how poorly Citadel played against Wofford.
